What is Fast- and Slowfood?

How important it is to eat well and above all, healthy, children should be teached about already in an early stage.

In our children's kitchen they learn from the ground up, what foods are healthy and which ones should be enjoyed reduced or should be completely avoided. From meat, carbohydrates, vegetables and fruits to candy - we explain during the common cooking each ingredient and its function for body and health.

At the end of each course we repeat the learned in a playful conversation during the common meal.
